The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Peanut Tofu Bowl with Roasted Mushrooms and Red Peppers, Broccoli, Sesame Seeds, Cilantro and Peanut Ginger Dressing
Main 2: Chickpea Shawarma Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower and Sweet Potato, Kale, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Tangy Cashew Tzatziki
Main 3: Green Goddess Bowl with Kale, Navy Beans, Roasted Sweet Potato and Broccoli and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Main 4: Thai Green Curry with Tofu, Broccoli, Kale and Red Peppers
Main 5: Vegetable Lasagna with Roasted Butternut Squash and Mushrooms, Marinara Sauce and Cashew Cheese
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
