Lasagna Primavera/Grain-Free (FROZEN)

Our NEW Lasagna features sauteed onions and red peppers, diced tomatoes, asparagus, peas and marinara sauce along with our NEW Chickapea lasagna sheets (made with chickpea flour, red lentil flour and yellow lentil flour) and topped with cashew cheese! This dish comes frozen but reheats perfectly and makes for a delicious family meal. It also pairs nicely with our Super Seed Salad!

Reheating Instructions: set oven to 375F. Remove the lid of the lasagna, cover completely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the lasagna is heated throughout. Ideally, let the lasagna sit for 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
