Culcherd makes soft, buttery cashew-based cheeses. They're great on crackers, on top of pasta and they make a great addition to an elaborate cheese board!

The cheeses are made from a combination of raw cashews, rejuvelac (made from quinoa), and pink Himalayan sea salt. They are free of preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, and thickeners like agar and carrageenan. They are 100% dairy, gluten, casein, soy and lactose free and  are made with organic and fair trade ingredients. The end result is a unique, decadent cheese-like experience.
