They are deeply satisfying, genuinely good for you and nut/dairy-free! The secret? We blend creamy, mineral-rich pumpkin seed butter with ground sunflower seeds, medjool dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup and a touch of vanilla extract, then coat them in shredded coconut.
The best part? You store them in the freezer and eat them completely frozen.
