We cook healthy meals using plant-based, gluten-free, whole foods and try to buy as much local and seasonal produce as possible. Our meals are 100% plant-based; we do not use any animal products.
We use LOTS of fresh vegetables, legumes, delicious soy-free tempeh made with chickpeas or black beans, whole grains, a variety of nuts and seeds, and occasionally preserved lemons, lime leaves, fresh curry leaves, tamarind, sauerkraut, and much more.
In regards to seasoning, our food is balanced with just the right amount of oil, salt, herbs, vinegar, lemon and spices to create meals that everyone can enjoy. We use extra virgin olive oil in our dressings and coconut oil for baking.
Our menu changes weekly and provides you with a variety of health benefits as well as a diversity of colour, taste and texture to liven up your palette. Our dishes provide a refreshing take on traditional foods from around the world.
