Side 2: Golden Beet, French Lentils, Watermelon Radish and Thyme-Red Wine Vinaigrette

Main 3: Groundnut Stew with Peanut Butter, Yams, Cauliflower, Cilantro and Ginger
Side 3: Quinoa with Mushrooms, Sunchokes, Sunflower Seeds, Currants and Lemon-Mint Vinaigrette

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides.
The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week. Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.
Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week. Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
