Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main 2: Moroccan Tempeh Bowl with Roasted Butternut Squash and Cauliflower, Almonds and Tahini Dressing
Side 2: Black Lentils and Roasted Mushrooms with Cabbage, Carrots, Dried Cranberries and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Main 3: Vegetable Gratin with Roasted Yams, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Chickpeas and Pumpkin Parm
Side 3: Green Bean and Quinoa Salad with Almonds, Cranberries and Dijon Vinaigrette

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
