The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Sushi Bowl with Teriyaki Tofu, Mushrooms, Edamame, Carrots, Sesame Seeds and Creamy Sriracha Aioli (NEW)
Main 2: Vegetable Biryani with Chickpeas, Roasted Cauliflower, Broccoli, Peas and Mint Cucumber Raita
Main 3: Thai Basil Tofu Stir Fry (Pad Kra Pao) with Broccoli and Red Pepper
Main 4: Tahini-Miso Buddha Bowl with Navy Beans, Kale, Roasted Sweet Potato and Cauliflower and Short Grain Rice
Main 5: Creamy Pumpkin Polenta with Roasted Sweet Potato, Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms, Black Beans and Cashew Cheese Topping
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
