The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Bibimbap with Chili-Miso Rice, Tofu, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Kale and Gochujang Dressing
Main 2: Curry Red Lentil Hummus Bowl with Quinoa, Navy Beans, Kale, Roasted Sweet Potato and Cauliflower and Cilantro-Garlic Dressing
Main 3: Thai Basil Stir Fry with Crumbled Tofu, Broccoli, Red Pepper and Green Beans
Main 4: Burrito Bowl with Black Beans, Corn, Roasted Red Pepper and Sweet Potato, Tomatoes and Chipotle Dressing
Main 5: Kale Caesar Power Bowl with Garlicky Chickpeas, Quinoa, Roasted Butternut Squash and Cauliflower and Hemp Cashew Parm
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
