Main 1: Tempeh Reuben with Ruby Kraut, Cauliflower, Pickles and Cashew Cheese
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main 2: Peanut Tofu Satay Bowl with Rice, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Red Pepper and Cilantro
Side 2: Roasted Carrots and Lentils with Dill, Broccoli, Dried Cranberries, Almonds and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Main 3: Tikka Masala with Cauliflower, Tofu, Potatoes and Peas
Side 3: Tandoori Quinoa and Rice with Chickpeas, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Cashews, Raisins and Cilantro


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
