Main 1: Crumbled Tempeh Moussaka with Eggplant, Roasted Butternut Squash, Potato and Cashew Cream
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Tahini Dressing

Main 2: Sushi Bowl with Shiitake Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Edamame, Tofu, Nori Gomasio, Mirin Rice and Ginger-Wasabi Dressing
Side 2: Teriyaki Chickpea Salad with Broccoli, Carrots, Red Cabbage, Red Onion and Toasted Cashews

Main 3: Vegetable Lasagna with Crimini Mushrooms, Zucchini, Marinara Sauce and Cashew Cheese
Side 3: Mediterranean Quinoa Salad with Kalamata Olives, Pine Nuts, Red Onion and Herbed Vinaigrette


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
