Main 1: Teriyaki Bowl with Tofu, Shiitake and Crimini Mushrooms, Broccoli, Carrots and Sesame Seeds
Side 1: Kale Salad with Red Pepper, Carrots, Red Cabbage, Toasted Almonds and Peanut Butter-Ginger Dressing

Main 2: Cheesy Polenta with Tempeh Chili, Mushrooms, Ancho and Chipotle Peppers and Cashew Queso
Side 2: <br />Pickled Beet and Black Lentil Salad with Green Cabbage, Pumpkin Seeds and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette

Main 3: Tikka Masala with Cauliflower, Tofu, Potatoes and Peas
Side 3: Chipotle Quinoa and Rice Salad with Corn, Pumpkin Seeds, Green Cabbage and Red Onions

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
