Main 1: Tempeh Taco Bowl with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower, Red Pepper, Black Beans and Cashew Queso
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds and White Wine Vinaigrette

Main 2: Polenta with Lentil Meatballs, Roasted Portobellos, Asparagus, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes and Cashew Tzatziki Sauce
Side 2: Teriyaki Chickpea Salad with Broccoli, Red Pepper, Carrots and Toasted Sesame Seeds

Main 3: Groundnut Stew with Peanut Butter, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower, Cilantro and Ginger
Side 3: Quinoa and Black Lentils with Pickled Green Beans, Toasted Almonds, Raisins and Harissa Vinaigrette

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
