Main 1: Sushi Bowl with Shiitake Mushrooms, Tofu, Broccoli, Edamame, Nori Gomasio and Wasabi-Ginger Dressing
Side 1: Kale Salad with Carrots, Beets, Sunflower Seeds and Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Main 2: Tandoori Tempeh with Coconut Curried Chickpeas, Spiced-Curry Leaf Rice, Roasted Vegetables and Cashew Raita
Side 2: Pickled Beets and Black Lentils with Almonds, Dried Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main 3: Tortilla Lasagna with Black Beans, Corn, Zucchini, Pico de Gallo, Pickled Jalapeno and Cashew Queso
Side 3: Chipotle Quinoa and Rice Salad with Corn, Pumpkin Seeds, Green Cabbage and Red Onions


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
