The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Thai Buddha Bowl with Red Curry Tofu, Edamame, Broccoli, Yellow Pepper, Short Grain Brown Rice, Toasted Cashew and Cilantro-Garlic Dressing
Main 2: Chickpea Shawarma Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower, Eggplant and Red Pepper and Creamy Cucumber-Garlic Sauce
Main 3: Butter Tofu with Cauliflower, Peas and Potatoes
Main 4: Green Goddess Bowl with Kale, White Beans, Roasted Beets, Brussels Sprouts and Carrots and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Main 5: Burrito Power Bowl with Black Beans, Pico de Gallo, Red Pepper, Corn, Quinoa, Pickled Jalapeno, Cilantro and Chipotle Dressing
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
