The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Thai Buddha Bowl with Red Curry Tofu, Broccoli, Yellow Pepper, Short Grain Brown Rice, Cilantro, Toasted Peanuts and Pad Thai Sauce
Main 2: Jamaican Jerk Chickpea Bowl with Roasted Vegetables, Curry Rice, Red Cabbage, Toasted Cashews and Cilantro Dressing
Main 3: Hearty Miso-Ginger Soup with Gochujang Tofu, Broccoli, Shiitake and Cremini Mushrooms, Carrots and Nori
Main 4: Mujadara Bowl with Kale, Roasted Cauliflower, Bell Peppers and Beets, Brown Rice, Lentils, Pickled Turnips and Lemon Dressing
Main 5: New England Chowder with Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Carrots and Dulse Flakes
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
