Main 1: Peanut Tofu Satay Bowl with Broccoli, Mushrooms, Red Pepper and Baby Bok Choy

Main 2: Moroccan Tempeh Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots, Spiced Chickpeas, Almonds and Tahini Dressing

Main 3: Shepherd's Pie with Mushrooms, Black Lentils, Peas and Mashed Yam Topping

Main 4: Polenta with Roasted Eggplant, Broccoli, Cannellini Beans, Olives and Cashew Tzatziki

Main 5: Tikka Masala with Cauliflower, Tofu, Potatoes and Peas

Salad of the Week: Winter Kale Salad with Lentils, Carrots, Almonds, Dried Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes 5 main dishes and our Salad of the Week. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose. The Large Plan containers are twice the size of the Small Plan and they are family-size portions.

Small Plan: Provides 5-6 lunches or dinners per week.

Large Plan: Provides 10-12 lunches or dinners per week.
