The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Bibimbap with Chili-Miso Rice, Tofu, Carrots, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Kale and Gochujang Dressing
Main 2: Mediterranean Power Bowl with Navy Beans, Roasted Cauliflower and Eggplant, Artichokes and Lemon Tahini Sauce
Main 3: Kung Pao Tofu Bowl with Red Pepper, Broccoli, Green Beans and Toasted Peanuts
Main 4: Piri Piri Chickpea Bowl with Mushrooms, Broccoli, Quinoa, and Red Pepper Piri Piri Sauce
Main 5: Butternut Squash, Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta Bake with Pumpkin Seed Parm
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
