The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Tofu Poke Bowl with Edamame, Roasted Mushrooms, Steamed Broccoli, Kale and Garlic-Ginger Sauce
Main 2: Caesar Power Bowl with Garlicky Roasted Chickpeas, Kale, Quinoa, Roasted Cauliflower and Sweet Potato and Hemp Cashew Parm
Main 3: Tofu au Poivre with Roasted Carrot and Parsnip, Herbed Potatoes, Broccoli and Creamy Peppercorn Sauce
Main 4:
Burrito Power Bowl with Black Beans, Pico de Gallo, Red Pepper, Corn, Quinoa, Cilantro and Chipotle Dressing
Main 5:
Fall Vegetable Gratin with Roasted Butternut Squash, Beets and Brussels Sprouts, Navy Beans and Cashew Cream
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
