The 5 Meal Plan

The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person. 

Order by July 21 at 8pm
Delivery on Tuesday, July 23 from 12pm - 6pm

Main 1: Tofu and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Mushrooms and Sesame Seeds

Main 2: Moroccan Bowl with Baharat-Spiced Chickpeas, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower, Quinoa, Kale and Lemon Tahini Dressing

Main 3: Curry Masala Tofu Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower, Brown Rice, Toasted Cashews and Cilantro-Mint Dressing

Main 4: Nicoise Bowl with White Beans, French Green Beans, Kale, Dijon Roasted Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes and Olives

Main 5: Romesco Buddha Bowl with Black Beans, Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots, Red Cabbage and Short Grain Rice 


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
