The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry with Roasted Mushrooms and Sesame Seeds
Main 2: Caesar Power Bowl with Garlicky Roasted Chickpeas, Kale, Quinoa, Roasted Cauliflower and Beets and Hemp Cashew Parm
Main 3: Thai Green Curry with Tofu, Broccoli, Kale and Zucchini
Main 4: Ratatouille Bowl with Roasted Eggplant, Zucchini, Red Pepper and Tomatoes, White Beans, Olives, Quinoa and Lemony Herb Dressing
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people
