The 4 Meal Plan (Just Mains)

The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Order by August 1 at 8pm
Delivery on Tuesday, August 3

Main 1: Banh Mi Bowl with Tofu, Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Red Cabbage, Pickled Carrots and Daikon and Miso Dressing

Main 2: Moroccan Vegetable Tagine with Roasted Butternut Squash, Cauliflower and Peppers, Chickpeas, Spiced Rice with Toasted Almond

Main 3: Risotto Stuffed Peppers with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Mushrooms and Cauliflower, White Beans, Olives and Pumpkin Seed Parm

Main 4: Thai Red Curry with Tofu, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Broccoli and Kale


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
