The 4 Meal Plan (Just Mains)

The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Order by October 31 at 8pm
Delivery on Tuesday, November 2 from 12pm - 6pm

Main 1: Tandoori Tofu Bowl with Spiced Chickpeas, Roasted Cauliflower and Mushrooms, Broccoli and Carrots

Main 2: Shepherd's Pie with Black Lentils, Roasted Mushrooms, Peas and Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Main 3: Moussaka with Roasted Eggplant, Butternut Squash, Potatoes, Navy Beans and Cashew Cream

Main 4: Thai Red Curry with Tofu, Cauliflower, Red Pepper, Zucchini, Broccoli and Kale


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
