The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Delivery on Tuesday, April 27
Main 1: Stuffed Spaghetti Squash with Lentil-Walnut Bolognese, Roasted Mushrooms, Cashew Cheese and Hemp-Cashew Parm
Main 2: Veggie Gratin with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower and Mushrooms, Broccoli, White Beans and Rosemary Cashew Cream
Main 3: Tikka Masala with Tofu, Potatoes, Peas, Ginger and Cauliflower
Main 4: Banh Mi Bowl with Tofu, Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Red Cabbage, Pickled Carrots and Miso Dressing
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
