Main 1: Sesame-Ginger Tofu Stir-Fry with Broccoli, Green Beans, Oyster Mushrooms, Red Pepper and Brown Rice
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Miso Dressing

Main 2: Crumbled Tempeh Moussaka with Eggplant, Roasted Butternut Squash, Potato and Cashew Cream
Side 2: Curried Lentil and Potato Salad with Carrots, Raisins and Cilantro

Main 3: Cauliflower, Broccoli and Spaghetti Squash Gratin with Chickpeas, Roasted Mushrooms and Pumpkin Seed Parm
Side 3: Chipotle Quinoa and Rice Salad with Corn, Pumpkin Seeds, Green Cabbage and Red Onions

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
