Main 1: Sesame-Ginger Tofu Stir-Fry with Baby Bok Choy, Broccoli, Oyster Mushrooms and Brown Rice
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Miso Dressing

Main 2: Greek Tempeh Bowl with Roasted Eggplant and Peppers, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes and Cashew Tzatziki
Side 2: Beet and Black Lentil Salad with Almonds, Dried Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main 3: Vegetable Gratin with Cauliflower, Broccoli, Chickpeas, Roasted Yams and Mushrooms and Pumpkin Parm
Side 3: Potato Salad with Green Beans, Red Onions, Capers and Herbed Cashew-Garlic Dressing


You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
