Main 1: Tortilla Lasagna with Black Beans, Corn, Salsa, Chiptole and Ancho Peppers, Olives and Cashew Sour Cream
Side 1: Kale Salad with Carrots, Beets, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Hemp Seeds and Maple-Tahini Dressing

Main 2: Sushi Bowl with Shiitake Mushrooms, Sunflower Tempeh, Broccoli, Red Pepper, Edamame, Nori Gomasio and Ginger-Wasabi Dressing
Side 2: Roasted Carrot and Lentil Salad with Dill, Dried Cranberries, Almonds and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Main 3: Tikka Masala with Cauliflower, Tofu, Potatoes and Peas
Side 3: Tandoori Quinoa and Rice with Chickpeas, Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Cashews and Raisins

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
