The 5 Meal Plan

The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person. 

Order by April 14 at 8pm
Delivery on Tuesday, April 16 from 12pm - 6pm

Main 1: Tofu and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Mushrooms, Carrots and Sesame Seeds

Main 2: Tahini-Miso Buddha Bowl with Kale, Roasted Butternut Squash and Broccoli, Red Pepper, Navy Beans and Short Grain Rice

Main 3: Tikka Masala with Tofu, Potatoes, Peas and Cauliflower

Main 4: Caesar Power Bowl with Garlicky Chickpeas, Kale, Quinoa, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower and Beets and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Main 5: Mexican Pasta Bake with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Corn and Cashew Queso

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
