Main 1: Sushi Bowl with Shiitake Mushrooms, Tofu, Broccoli, Edamame, Nori Gomasio and Wasabi-Ginger Dressing
Side 1: Kale Salad with Beets, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main 2: Autumn Tempeh Bowl with Delicata Squash, Spiced Chickpeas, Toasted Almonds and Tahini Dressing
Side 2: Broccoli and Black Lentils with Carrots, Sesame Seeds, Cilantro and Miso Dressing

Main 3: Shepherd's Pie with Mushrooms, Black Lentils, Peas and Mashed Yam Topping
Side 3: Moroccan Quinoa and Lentil Salad with Carrots, Almonds, Raisins and Parsley

You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 3 Mains + 3 Sides. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.

Small Plan: Provides 3 to 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: 2 cups of each main dish and 1 cup of each side dish.

Large Plan: Provides 6 to 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: 4 cups of each main dish and 2 cups of each side dish.
