The 5 Meal Plan is our Newest Meal Plan that features 5 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 5 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 5 meal a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Teriyaki Bowl with Sesame Crusted Tofu, Broccoli, Shiitake and Cremini Mushrooms and Carrots
Main 2: Caesar Power Bowl with Garlicky Roasted Chickpeas, Kale, Quinoa, Roasted Cauliflower and Beets and Hemp Cashew Parm
Main 3: Poke Bowl with Tofu, Edamame, Cremini Mushrooms, Broccoli, Short Grain Rice, Kale and Garlic-Ginger Sauce
Main 4: Tofu 'Feta' Bowl with Roasted Beets and Carrots, Navy Beans, Quinoa, Kale, Broccoli, Toasted Almonds and Lemon Dressing
Main 5: Red Lentil Dal with Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, Red Pepper, Carrot and Kale
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 5 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 5 meals per week for 2 people
