The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Jerk Tofu Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots, Broccoli, Toasted Cashews and Lemon Dressing
Main 2: Buddha Power Bowl with Tofu, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower, Kale, Shredded Beets, Asparagus, Brown Rice and Carrot-Ginger Dresing
Main 3: Moussaka with Roasted Eggplant, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes and Cashew-Dill Cream
Main 4: Taco Kale Power Bowl with Black Beans, Walnut-Sunflower Crumbles, Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Quinoa and Chipotle-Lime Vinaigrette
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
