The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Dojo Bowl with Tofu, Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Short Grain Brown Rice and Carrot-Ginger Dressing
Main 2: Roasted Root Veg Bowl with Beets, Parsnips and Carrots, Navy Beans, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Toasted Almonds and Lemon-Dill Dressing
Main 3: Bun Chay Noodle Bowl with Tofu, Broccoli, Pickled Daikon, Mint, Cilantro and Creamy Sriracha-Miso Dressing
Main 4: Vegetable Biryani with Chickpeas, Roasted Cauliflower, Green Beans, Carrots and Mint Cucumber Raita
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people
