The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Lemongrass Tofu Bowl with Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Kale, Carrot, Cilantro and Garlicky-Lime Dressing
Main 2: Baba Ganoush Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots, White Beans, Quinoa, Kale, Toasted Almonds and Lemon Dressing
Main 3: Mongolian Barbecue Tofu Stir Fry with Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Broccoli, Carrot, Brown Rice and Sesame Seeds
Main 4: Tahini-Miso Buddha Bowl with Black Beans, Kale, Roasted Sweet Potato, Broccoli and Short Grain Rice
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people
