Main 1: Buffalo Cauliflower Stuffed Spaghetti Squash, Cherry Tomatoes, Corn, Chickpeas, Ranch Dressing and Hemp-Cashew Parm
Main 2: Spring Roll Bowl with Tofu, Broccoli, Red Pepper, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Herbed Rice and Almond Butter Dressing
Main 3: Tempeh Reuben with Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pickles, Summer Kraut and Cashew Cheese (Grain-Free)
Main 4: Tikka Masala with Cauliflower, Tofu, Potatoes and Peas
Small Plan: Provides 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: Individual (2 cups of each main dish)
Large Plan: Provides 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: Family-Size (4 cups of each main dish) .
