The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Mushroom Bourguignon with Tofu, Carrots, Red Peppers, Peas and Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Main 2: Veggie Reuben with Roasted Cauliflower, Chickpeas, Broccoli, Sauerkraut and Cashew Cheese
Main 3: Coconut-Cashew Curry with Yams, Cauliflower, Kale, White Beans and Ginger
Main 4: Tandoori Tofu Bowl with Spiced Chickpeas, Roasted Cauliflower and Mushrooms, Broccoli and Carrots
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
