The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Teriyaki Tofu Bowl with Cremini Mushrooms, Broccoli, Kale, Carrots and Sesame Seeds
Main 2: Romesco Buddha Bowl with Roasted Chickpeas, Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli, Short Grain Rice and Red Cabbage
Main 3: Red Lentil Dal with Butternut Squash, Cauliflower, Kale and Cilantro
Main 4: Mujadara Bowl with Kale, Roasted Cauliflower, Peppers and Sweet Potatoes, Israeli Salad, Basmati Rice, Lentils and Lemon Dressing
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person.
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people.
