The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person.

Main 1: Banh Mi Bowl with Tofu, Roasted Mushrooms, Edamame, Pickled Carrots and Daikon and Miso Dressing
Main 2: Cobb Power Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower, Black Beans, Corn, Tomato, Kale, Coconut Bacon, Hemp-Cashew Parm and Red Wine Vinaigrette (NEW!)
Main 3: Thai Red Curry with Tofu, Cauliflower, Red Pepper, Zucchini, Broccoli and Kale
Main 4: Jamaican Jerk Chickpea Bowl with Roasted Vegetables, Curry Rice, Red Cabbage, Toasted Cashews and Cilantro Dressing
You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
Small Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 1 person
Large Plan: Provides at least 4 meals per week for 2 people
