Just Mains is our newest meal plan featuring 4 main dishes that can be ordered as individual or family size portions.

Main 1: Peanut Tofu Satay Bowl with Mushrooms, Red Pepper and Baby Bok Choy
Main 2: Chickpea Shawarma Bowl with Tempeh, Roasted Eggplant and Cauliflower, Red Pepper, Olives, Parsley and Tahini Dressing
Main 3: Tortilla Lasagna with Black Beans, Roasted Delicata Squash, Corn, Zucchini, Salsa, Pickled Jalapeno and Cashew Queso
Main 4: Moroccan Stew with Sweet Potatoes, Chickpeas and Red Lentils
Small Plan: Provides 4 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving Sizes: Individual (2 cups of each main dish)
Large Plan: Provides 8 lunches or dinners per week.
Serving sizes: Family-Size (4 cups of each main dish) .
